Media reserves the right to make changes to the amount of Faspay Services Fee, by written notice 30 (thirty) days prior to Merchant.

Related to the execution of Faspay Services by Media, Merchant shall be charged for every transaction that occurs between Merchant and Bank, and between Merchant and e-money provider related with implementation of online payment where the amount of the fee per transaction shall be determined in point (1) in the Particular Terms and Conditions.

Media have no responsibilities for every error and/ or omission or inclusions of any error and/ or omission made by Merchant, Bank, e-money providers, and/ or other third parties.

The Parties agree that the limitation of liability from Media in respect of obligations referred to paragraph (1) of this Articles are limited to a single mistake and/ or single omission which conducted by Media.

Merchant is required to provide valid transaction data that can be held accountable in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Merchant is required to pay Faspay Services Fee performed by Media in accordance with the provisions of the Particular Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions.

Merchant is required to provide internet facility with Public IP or like wise, which shall be used to receive and transmit data from or to Media.

Merchant is required to provide applications along with devices and facilities as needed by MediaвЂ™s technical parameters.

The obligations of Merchant are as follows:.

Media is required to provide applications and networks along with devices as needed to Faspay Services to connect MediaвЂ™s system with BankвЂ™s system and/ or e-money providerвЂ™s system.

Media is required to provide internet facilities with Public IP or like wise, which shall be used to receive and transmit data from or to Merchant.

Media is required to provide technical parameters data which required by Merchant to obtain payment facility by using online payment menu.

The obligations of Media are as follows:.Banks and/ or e-money providers as referred in the General Terms and Conditions will be separately mentioned in Its Particular Terms and Conditions.Merchant hereby agrees to appoint Media as the Faspay Services Provider which required by Merchant in order to cooperate with various Banks and e-money providers for the implementation of online payment, and Media hereby agrees to perform the provision of Faspay Services required by such Merchant.Merchant will comply with all terms set forth in the Particular Terms and Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions (including its attachments) which established by Media as attached, but only those related to the Faspay Services used by Merchant as set forth in the Particular Terms and Conditions Article 1
